Does anyone know what ports need to be open for epo to talk thru a firewall and to be able to do dat updates?

I have some boxes on a DMZ that seem to only be partialy working. I can do an agent wakeup call and wake up the agents but the agents say server connection failed.

I have also setup the DAT updates to talk to an internal box, but the updates fail.

If I go to the command line and do an ftp://myserver/updates ,which is what is in the console, it opens up and I see all my update files.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Here are the ports that ePO and its peripherals use:

Agent-to-Server Communication: port 80 (default)
Agent Wake-Up Call: port 8081 (default)
Remote Console-to-ePO Server: port 81 (default)

Possible additions:

SQL connectivity: port 1433

If you changed any of the ports during install, I suggest you allow those as well. You can secure them by selecting the source/destination to be the ePO server IP address in the FW rules.
