Hello
i'm using ePo3.02 and I have a problem with my server scheduled tasks.
The item "next run time" by scheduled tasks gives me always "Unknown". I have already modifyed the task and I've already create a new task but it will not help.

Any ideas anyone

Kris:

Check to confirm the task is enabled--last column in Scheduled Tasks (that would give you a no-next-runtime) then try stopping and restarting the ePO 3.0.1 service on the server. Have seen that get tangled up and refuse to schedule events properly.--The Bug Guy

I've seen this in the past and what I found was that I had scheduled the task to begin sometime in the past. Once I recreated the task and set it to begin in the future (even just a couple minutes or so), the task ran properly and the schedule showed the correct 'next run time'.
Maybe that'll help......dj

Stop the framework service first

delete the unknown tasks and make sure you remove them from the task folder. Be careful to only remove the unknown tasks...

The directory should be something like

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Network Associates\Common Framework\Task

All your epo tasks are in there including the workstation scheduled tasks.

The task isn't configured is the past, that isn't the problem.

I've already tryed the suggestion with stopping the Framework service and deleting tasks but with no result.
