EPO server failed to initialize

I have trouble with EPO 3.0.1
The service "ePolicy Orchestrator Server" does not start.
I have try it restart service, but after several time appear windows alert say's "Error 1053: El servicio no ha respondido a la peticion de inicio de control en un tiempo adecuado"
I have Windows 2000 server SP4
Im lost, anybody can help me?

Reinstall MDAC!!
Try MDAC 2.7SP1



Who is General Failure, and why is he reading my disk?
