EPO Rogue MAchines

I have set up an EPO server for my company and everything seems to be working fine, except the rogue machine sensor. Computer keep showing up as Rogue machines that are already in my site list with an agent installed. They also show up in the Event log as having been updated the last time a dat was downloaded by the system. Why do these computer keep showing up as rogue?

I have the same problem if anyone can answer this.
I got round a lot of them by renaming the domain in ePO.
by this I mean,
my actual domain name is "domain.local" whereas when I added it in I ePO I just used domain". After renaming it domain.local, a lot of the machines stopped duplicating, but I still have a few that do.
