EPO reporting question

I picked up a support client that currently has EPO and about 50 systems, I am comfortable with it. My question is, I want to generate a report of infections in a given time period, but it keeps including the Detections the exchange server sees on webshield....can someone point me as how to exclude that machine?

Hi,

If you have your mail server on another group, you can specify your reports to run only on a specific group (default is Directory).

Under ePO Databases group right-click on your defined connection and choose 'Set Directory Filter'.

But, if everyone's the same directory, then you can apply a filter by computer name. Pick 'equal to' and then check 'Not', insert the server name.
