epo on citrix running processes on all users

I have EPO installed on a Citrix Metaframe 1.8 server. I am finding that the processes are being loaded in each user's session. It doesn't seem to be decreasing performance, but it does seem unnecessary. Does anyone know if they need to load for each user and if not how to get them to stop loading. The process are: sqlmangr.exe, shstat.exe, tbmon.exe and updaterui.exe

we have the same installation with Citrix Metaframe 1.8 But we dont have any performance problems with our installation. but it could be nice to stop loading sqlmangr.exe, shstat.exe, tbmon.exe and updaterui.exe for each user.
