EPO Database Reports Incorrect Dat Version

We are running into a problem where a few of our Windows XP workstations show that they are up to date when you click on about Virusscan 7. Then when reviewing the DAT Coverage Report on the EPO server they report as being out of date by 1 version. Repeated Agent wakeup calls and running Update Now from the workstation have not changed the data. Any suggestions?

We reported this to Symantec as an issue. They are looking into it for us.

Thanks for the info. I did notice that the version of the agent on some of the workstations had not been updated to 3.1.2.242, they are at 3.1.1.184. We are pushing the update using EPO 3. Others at 3.1.2.242 are also not reporting properly. We also have a incident registered with NAI for this problem.
