EPO agents not responding

I have a bunch of systems that have EPO agent on them but they are still showing out of date DAT files. Any idea as to why these machines are not updating like the rest?

Also what OS are the agents running on?

EPO 2.5.1 and Windows 9x machines. Vscan 4.5.1 SP1.

I've "enjoyed" this problem on a few occasions. It usually occurs on network clients where the users don't ever tend to shutdown or reboot their computers. They rebooting a few of them then do an agent wakeup call and see what happens.
