ePO Agent

Everything is installed and setup properly with SQL and ePO, SQL and ePO agent both display the message "agent service stopped" but the service is not stopped and everything seeems to be setup correctly from ePO console, have sent Netsheild to the SQL box but the agent does not report anything back. Its probably a simple task that I have missed, can anyone offer any suggestions

is the port that you use for communicating between the client and the epo server engaged by other programs?

if so change the port settings in the EPO server to use another port.
