Well, I thought my job was done, I succesfully pushed out the agents on most of the computers, but when I generated a report for agent versions, I have 2 versions of EPO agent floating around I have 3200 with version 3.5.0.412 and I have 1 with version 3.5.0.435 which was my old epo server, Then come again another report generated, I have 3200 computers with old agents!!!....so I think of it the 3200 push I did was for an old agent, now what I'm trying to ask for help is how can I upgrade the agents to all these 3200 computers, I put a check mark for deployment options ( enable upgrade from agent versions 2.xx to current) do I ned to install something in the server, where can I download the latest epo agent, do I need to check in some .nap files?, Please help!

Hi, you can download the latest cma agent from the mySupport section of the mcafee site.
From within here, as long as you got the relevant license agreement etc you should see the link for the cma agent update, it's curreny at 3.5.0.456.
You can then check this is as you do with any other package and roll it out through your deployment tasks.
You won';t need the nap file, but there is a pkg file in there which will alow you to check it in.

I think!

After you downloaded the update and check in the files, How would you upgrade the computers, do I have to do another push?

I think you would yes, maybe worth doing a replication to the super-agents, and then do a super agent wake-up to reduce your wan traffic (if you have one).

I finally upgrade almost every single pc's to agent ver. 3.5.0.456, Thanks for the input!

Scheduled it on tasks deployment after I checked in the latest version

ah right, marvellous, for a mad moment then I thought you did each machine manually!
