Hello

Hoping you guys can help me out. I am running ePO 2.5.1 on a Windows 2000 Server and already have several clients set up successfully (Win 9x and WIndows 2000).

My problem is with both NT4 and XP clients. The ePO Agent installs fine and according to the Agent logs, connect to the server, execute their policies and sends their updated properties as they should. But the ePO console does not respond to the agents - no properties are displayed and the policies are not actually passed to the agent.

I have tried a total removal of the agent and antivirus software and reinstall of the agent but that made no difference.

The PCs were controlled by ME but the ME software has been removed and I assume is not the cause of the problem because the ePO agents seem to be running fine - they just cannot be seen by the console.

Cheers for any suggestions...

Oops... Never mind - there were duplicates in the list that were in the wrong folder, so they weren't inheriting the policies from the folder I thought they were in. I thought it would tell you if there were problems like that...
