ePO Agent on Win2K cluster

We have a lot of 2-node win2K clusters in our organization that have Exchange installed on a virtual server (active-passive). We have either NetShield or VirusScan installed on each of the nodes, and then Groupshield (cluster aware) installed on the virtual server.

Is the agent cluster aware? Do I need to install 3 agents - one for each node and one on our virtual server for Groupshield? Or just 2 (1 per node)?
