EPO Agent Install

I am trying to deploy the EPO agent Via VBScript (FramePkg.exe). On some machines the blue icon does not apprear. Is there something possibly wrong with the epo client or is it just running in the background?

Have you checked to make sure that the 'Show Agent tray icon' has been selected in the 'general' page of the ePolicy Orchestrator Agent Configuration under the 'Policies' tab in the ePO console?

if you don't want to appear all the time, you can run the cmdagent.exe with the /s switch and it will open up the agent status window or you can double click the updaterui.exe to put the shield there temporarily.
Other wise, kinetic's comment above was spot on.
