ePO Agent Failed Installation...

hi everyone, for some reason, I am trying to deploy the ePO Agent to 2 particular servers and it keeps saying installation failed for the agents. I checked and I am part of the administrators group for both those servers. Anyone else know what I could do to troubleshoot this further?

could be a few things... I had that problem when some of my services were disabled like Windows Installer and TCP-NetBIOS helper. Also if there's any firewalls in between, they need to be configured correctly to allow the ports you're using.

Perhaps check your eventlogs (Security & App & System) on the servers to see if it gives you any hints.

Does the simulated user account that you used to create the Agent, have administrative rights on those servers? i have encountered this problem before until i rectified that issue
