ePO Agent Error... page fault

Hi All,

Pushing the agent to a couple of W95 machines on our network has caused these machines to become unstable. After a few minutes of being online, they come up with an error of the NAIMAS32 (agent service) causing a page fault in kernel32.dll.
When you close this error, it immediately comes back, and so on, forever, until you reboot. Then it all happens again, rendering the client unuseable to one of our employees.
Can anyone help? I have managed to remove the agent for now, but would like to sort this out as ePO should work for all my machines if it is working properly.

Hi All,

Doing a search for "naimas32 page fault" using Google.com, I got back one web page (pretty good if you ask me), and it is the Readme for ePO v2.5

It states that the above can cause a kernel32.dll page fault in some cases, but this is resolved in hotfix 5 for ePO 2. Problem is we haven't registered our evaluation yet, until we know ePO will work! And the nai site doesn't let you download hotfixes until you are registered and have a valid grant number. We have Total Virus Defence grant nmumber, but this doesn't include ePO, so we are stuffed, basically. Does anyone out there have a copy of the hotfixes we could use?

Hi Will.

When I get to my desk (It is only 06:46 GMT). I will mail you the hotfixes. It seems a bit backwards of NAI not to make them available during evaluation periods. It should not be too difficult to give a temporary grant no (Sophos manage it!). Send me an e-mail to chris.hirst@smith-group.com and I mail them out during the morning.
