ePO Agent causing Lock-ups when installed w/ FoolProof

EPO agent 2.5.1.213 runs fine on workstaitons with Celeron 300, 128 Mgb RAM and Win 9.x. and the ePO Agent. McAfee 4.5.1 is fine running with FoolProof Security Software, on the same machine, until we install the ePO Agent. It seems the combination of the ePO Agent and FoolProof is deadly. Symptom: Machine locks-up, mouse moves but mouse clicks have no effect, A ctl-Alt-Del (to look at the task Manager) results in a black screen with no choice but to hard restart with the power button.

Any comments or suggestions would be helpful

What's the OS? Also, you have to set FoolProof up to allow the ePO agent to write to the C:\ePOAgent directory and the directories below it. This would explain your problems.
