EPO 4 + Agent Deployment over WAN

Hi,
Would anyone have any ideas/suggestions as to why I cannot deploy agents over a WAN link,it just says installation failed but nothing more. I've checked the firewall and there are no packets being dropped. I've even tried manually copying the frampkg from the epo server directly and it says it has installed but never appears in the EPO groups on the far side of the WAN??

Hello Paul,

Please check the required reporting ports are opened in the firewall and check are you able to ping the epo from outside.
