epo 3.6 upgrade

I'm planning to upgrade my ePO server from version 3.5 patch 5 to version 3.6 patch 2. Unfortunately I have a small amount of VirusScan 7.0 clients around. In anyone's experience when I upgrade to ePO 3.6 will VS7.0 be removed from the Repository and will I cease to be able to manage this under the Policies tab?
