ePO 3.6.1 and VSE 8.5 policies

Trying to get a brand new system up and running.

When I right click the McAfee OAS icon in the task bar and select VirusScan Console, it shows the status of the various AV processes on the client. One of these is "AutoUpdate" set to go at 5 PM (default). This is a bad time, as my users turn their machines off and go home at 5 PM.

I have scheduled a daily task to update at 9 AM through ePO and this works fine but the 5 PM update still happens. I have searched through the seeming hundreds of policies in ePO and cannot find one regarding the AutoUpdate listed in the client AV console.

Can someone tell me where to change this in ePO?

Nevermind, I found it under User Interface Policies.

it's a bugger that one
cant understand why it's there
it was the same as the last one

dont like that the default policies are read only as well. i can undersatnd defaults but nice if you could create your own as you cannot delete their ones

Everything about this install has been a bugger. I've had to troubleshoot every step.

If there's a more complicated way of managing some AV clients, I can't imagine it... But I think it's all downhill from here.
