EPO 3.5 Error's

Anyone been getting Internet Explorer scripting errors when clicking on the repository. I am on EPO 3.5 patch 5 and just started getting this issue after loaded w2k3 SP1. Also we have IE 6 Sp1 and all M$ updates and patches loaded. IE sceurity settings have been brought down to low and the ePO server name has been added to the list of trusted sites.

Any help would be appreciated before a reinstall of 3.5 as McAfee support has suggested.
