ePO 3.0 Repository Pull Now/Scheduled Tasks

I have a problem that I cannot figure out how to solve.

I'm using ePO 3.0 and trying to update the Master Repository automatically via a schedule. I'm using the default naiHTTP and naiFTP repositories to pull from.

I can successfully do a "Pull Now" from both naiHTTP and naiFTP.

When I schedule a Repository Pull Task and point to the naiHTTP site, it fails consistently. I can still get the "Pull Now" from this HTTP site to work. Just not when I schedule it.

I scheduled a Repository Pull Task from the naiFTP site and it ran succesfully for 18 hours (I had it scheduled to run every hour) then failed consistently. Now I can't even do a Pull Now from this site. I get a "site catalog not found" message.

I stress that I have not changed any configurations with either of the sites (HTTP or FTP). What could be going wrong.

P.S. I've stopped and restarted the ePO services and tested each of these scenarios again with the same results. (Minus the FTP schedule working initially) Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Can't explain it, but I rebooted the server and it started working from the FTP site again.

I didn't change any settings, just rebooted the machine. Seems to have worked all weekend with the scheduled task running every hour successfully.
