EPO 3.0 Framepkg.exe install on XP

I am installing the EPO 3.01 framepkg to XP machines and recieving an error that it can not log in as the local admnistrator. It looks like XP does not like the ".\administrator" for the user name.

the package installs fine on win2k machines.

Any ideas on what the problem is or how to correct the problem?

The process works the same on 2K Pro and XP Pro computers. If it's XP Home there are some other steps. The user installing the program has to have administrator acess to do the install.

If you're doing this throug EPO, make sure the process is going out as domain administrator (policies coming from the domain if machine is a domain member). Make sure the Remote Procedure Call and Remote Registry Services are running.
