EPO 3.0: Cannot create packages

If I try to create packages on the repository screen, the 2nd screen stays blank if I press next and I get script errors. I do not get the screen where I can choose if this is an engine, superdat or other upgrade.

Tech support asked me to install the console only on other machines. It failed on all three of them (WinNT, W2K Pro and Server).

The original machine runs W2K Server with SP3 and all updates from Windows Update.

Any ideas?
