My Site/Details :
EPO : Windows 2003 Standard edition DC.
Agent : Windows XP Pro SP1 Workstations.
My Problem :
The Agent is NOT updating the VirusScan Enterprise 7.0 via a scheduled "agent-to-server communication".
The Agent works fine, during "agent-to-server communication" the agent WILL also update itself and apply NEW policies.
From a scheduled update and a FORCED "Update Now" they both get to this stage "Loading update configuration from: Catalog.xml"
However, On the scheduled update it checks for a software conflicts and then finishes the "agent-to-server communication".
The FORCED "Update Now" will get to the above stage then check dats and install new updates for "VirusScan Enterprise 7.0".
Tasks I have running on Workstations : Agent Update, Agent Wakeup
Both Running Every Hour, starting from 8:00am - 5:00pm
Any Help/Idea/Suggestion would be greatly appreciated as my Site is currently not Updating.
