ePO 3.0.1 Agent Stops Connecting to Server

Hello people,

Our ePO server is servicing a community of about 6500 machines. Several times, I will notice that a client might stop connecting to the ePO 3.0.1 server, and the log file says "InetMgr Failed to find site". This is after the agent worked for several months. If I wake the agent from the ePO console, it notices the call, but once again, fails to connect. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
