We have eBachOffice 7.2. We are running SQL 2000 with SP3.Suddenly , when users tried to login the main database it gives them error (the user is not a valid eBachOffice user)
Knowing that they were working properly before the week end.
In the Company database , or company we can't find any list which used to contain the control company names and the company corospond to them.
Also we have a demo database and it is working. It is in the same SQL server
Any one have a suggestions for that.

Type in Username and password then click on properties and
Comfirm the contoll database and Company is ok the click ok

This happens with us when we switch companies

i need contact detail ( Email , phone number ) for sombody using Epicor 7.2 with sql2000

Hi Alor
We are using ebackoffice 7.2 on windows 2000/sql server 2000, post your email address and i'll contact you . .

As to the original post, are you using NT authentication?
have you checked to see if the login name in enterprise manager still has access to the database ?
