Epicor BizTrack 3.2 Smart View adminsitrator

I have created a My Smart view from a sql view.

However when I go into Properties \ SQl Statement \ Parameters I have added a new parameter.

It is built to act between 2 dates. However when I run the test it is ok. But when we run it in the smartview it does not do anything with the dates. It should be selecting the dates from a field called RequiredDate.

Any ideas how these work and how we can make it select the dates from Requireddate field
