Epicor 7.3 EFrontOffice and Citrix issues

Hi All,

Since implementation in December of 2003, we have been chasing down a ghost of a problem. Epicor of course has been no help. First the environment:

Citrix Metaframe XPa FR3
Windows 2000 Server SP3
Epicor EfrontOffice 7.31 SP1A
Windows 2000/XP clients mix ICA and NFUSE

Checked Epicor client from server and it works fine.

When going through ICA or NFUSE, clients suffer the following malladys:

Printers disappear after they were there in the last session.

User creates a Crystal Report adding parameters and preferences, report comes up blank.

User logs in one time, then logs off, logs in again and cannot access modules they had accessed previously.

just some of the crazy things. Any ideas?

We have an issue with Seamless Published Applications and Epicor on the same platform. The client will minimize some application windows in order to work in other modules and then try to restore the window with no success. We ultimately have to reset this users connection to the application and have them start over. We've had other similar issues that pointed to (and were resolved by) registry edits in the HKLM/System/CurrentControlSet/Control/Citrix/wfshell/TWI that are found in CTX101644 on the Citrix knowledge base, however have been unable to find a resolution for this to date.
