epicenter 5.0 install error

Have you guys ever seen this error message when installing EpiCenter 5 on a Win2k3 box:

InstallShield Wizard
could not utilize start class: com.installshield.wizard.Wizard

I have tried installing Java and downloading epicenter again from the Website. I even did a reinstall of Win2k3? Any input is appreciaited!

i just noticed i can install the client portion but not the server portion. Something wierd here....

update: you have to install this application with the local administrator account. That was weird, I had domain admin rights. oh well

EPICenter 6.0 is due out in a few of weeks. You should see an improved interface and install.
