EPICenter 4.1 - TFTP archive doesn't work

Hi,

I've been trying to use the built in TFTP-server for EPICenter but it doesn't work if I set a scheduled upload.

I have tried using the same login on the EPICenter client as I have on the switches (Summit48si). Still won't work. I have "checked" "Save Switch Password for Vista Login" and "Use EPICenter login/password for Telnet/SSH".

I always get "Login failed for device xx-xx-xx-xx".

If I use the backup function manually by clicking Upload it works and creates the config file nice and easy on the server (EPICenter is installed on Solaris 8).

Im in need of help because I believe I've missed something minor

We have TFTP working, using the the admin ID in the EPI Center Admin=>users matches the Admin ID and PW on the switch. Of course the switches have been added to the inventory first. We started this on 4.1 and are currently on 5.1. You don't have any firewalls or ACL's in between the EPI Center and the switches, correct?

We got it working yesterday. It was a rights issue. We created a special user and changed the settings in inventory view.
