EoIP and Vtun tunnels

Hello to all,

I have seen that Mikrotik have some proprietary software using ethernet over ip tunnels for bonding wireless connections –

They do tunnels through both wifi links and then enslave the tunnel connections together with bonding.

I was wandering if using vtun ethernet tunneling (

http://vtun.sourceforge.net/)

is the same that what they do with EoIP tunnels, or if exist differences between a Vtun ethernet tunnel and a EoIP tunnel. Can someone advise me.
