Hi,

I have recently installed RES 5.5 on a win10 server.
The issue is that the EOD reports do not automaticly print during the night audit.

If I run the night audit manually they print fine, I can also print the reports manually.

I have 4 sites with this issue, (all with different printers) 2 of them do not print during EOD at all.
One of them has printed fine until today (when it just stopped, paper ok, and no jam)
And the last prints a few days, then just stops, then it will work for a few days and stop again.

Checked 3700d log and it shows that steps are completed, event viewer shows "User ran following report" and to the specified printer.

I hvae changed around the settings a few times following threads I have found on various forums, but I really need to get a fix for this.

Check to make sure windows 10 hasn't changed your default printer. Windows 10 has an annoying feature where it likes to try and guess which printer you want as your default. Feature is called "Let windows 10 manager your default printer" or something like that.

I have set default printer, but actrully on the one site it was working it was not set to default printer. I set it to default yesterday, but it still did not print today...

We just always print to a pdf file for all reports...saves paper and always works. Allows us to back up the reports as well.
