Environment window does not fully open

The window holding the environment settings under tools is cut off about 1/3 of the right hand side. I can't check the check boxes. It cannot be pulled to be expanded. A fresh install didn't help either.

I'm thinking it's a problem in a DLL file. If I could just find that file to reset the width. Anyone have any ideas?

Uninstall, run the Groupwise Cleaning Agent, reinstall.
