Environment variable won't stay set

I’ve been having trouble keeping client temp variable to point to the client's temp path. When a user tries to open an attachment from outlook it puts the document into the Wtsrv directory. If I view the environment variable from the client’s session it appears to have the temps going to their proper drive mapping but doing the “set” command from the prompt shows them going to the root drive Wtsrv

Try setting a temp environment in the login script.
