Envelope Printing in Word

You can insert a graphic in the Envelope Return Address in Word 6 and 7 (I guess it probably works in ALL the recent versions, too).

Create an AutoText entry with your graphic in and call the entry EnvelopeExtra1.

In the Envelopes & Labels dialog box, leave a blank line before your address for the graphic to go in.

When you press Print, it will print your AutoText entry graphic above the address.

Voila!

Super, eh?
