Hello Guys

I have a very odd situation in my win2000 pro:

The direct3D does not work! Everytime I try any game or aplication(DXDIAG) that uses direct3D I get the folowing warning :

"ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND"

"The procedure entry point Ddentry1 could not be located in the dinamic link library GDI32.DLL"

I have reinstalled DIRECTX 9a and the 3.4 ATI Catalyst (latest drivers) and also all the update service packs from microsoft... I can not make it work speacilly the UT2003 :-(

Please help!

Regards

You may have problems "backleveling" DirectX. ATI are well known for putting out buggy drivers, as I can attest since I
have a couple of their cards.

Do you know the name of the dll that's trying to load the GDI32 function ??

I would totally clean out the ATI driver and bring your machine up in VGA. Then re-install the driver again, since I would guess that a dll was locked.
