Entry Phone on LDK 100

Hi all,

We had a faulty power supply last month causing the system to crash.

Fitted a new one and had to reprogram parts of system (Hunt Group timers, announcements etc).

Firstly, any ideas why this was lost? How do I save settings, seem to remember something about dip switches??

Secondly, we had 2 LDK door phones. These no longer ring when the button is pressed and when you press the flex key to talk to one it comes back with vacant number.

Any help appreciated as always.

I’m sorry to hear you had that power supply problem that I’m sure so many of us have had!

I think it’s very unlikely that there is a problem with the dip switches. But let’s start with them, what positions are they currently in? If you need to power down to do this please take a download first via PCAdmin.

Secondly have you got a multi meter so you can test the battery on the MPB. It’s quite common for the battery to become dead over time and might need to replaced. This battery keeps the system from defaulting when you power down/ power supply fault.
