Entry Intercom - phantom DN can't reach outside... 1

Howdy,

I've set up an entry intercom with a 2008 set - it's set up as phantom ext., but I've restricted access to the trunk groups
so dialing 9 gets a fast busy. The problem is I'd like a speed call or a hotline to an outside number but the ACD still keeps the trunk restriction. Same holds true for an extension
that's forwarded to an external number.

Any thoughts on how to proceed from the borg like brains out there?

Check your CFF/CFO opt in the CDB.
