Is there a way to make an entry point to a DN or ACD instead of a route?

not in an rlb, but you can point a number, say 1234 to a dn or acd both internal and external

ld 23

acd
1234

ncfw xxxx (your new target), ignore all the other prompts, now dial 1234 and you'll get xxxx

The RLI prompt "LTER" means "Local Termination" - that's the trick to having a 9+number terminate at an extension.

If you say LTER YES and assitgn DMI to strip the user dialed number, repacing it with whatever DN, it'll work.

Thanks will try. This is related to my other question about using Callpilot as a backup when our rightfax server is down. Its basically an efax type service but inhouse.
