Ok Guys this is my predicament:

I have a form that I am using to enter information into a table. One of the fields is called Constituencies. I want to make this field a combo box which has a list of the names of the constituencies. However, after making a query which contains only the names I tried to make the control sourse of the field pull from that list. However I am not able to make that work. Any ideas as to this>

I thank you for your help.

Regards

The Row SOurce property is your SQL or query. The control source should be just a field from your form's record source.

I do realize that the field is my control source however its not working as I thought it would, actually its not working at all. This is what I have done thus far:

I made a form using the wizard which pulled the name of the fields from the table. One of the names of the fileds as I mentioned before is Constituency. Now I went and changed it to a combobox. I made a query so as to fill in the list for the combo box. That there, is what is not working, thus my call for help...:)

Thanks again fellow access colleagues.

Regards,

What do you mean by "not working"?
What are some properties of your Combo Box:
Control Source:
Row Source:
Bound Column:
Number of Columns:
Column Widths:
