Entourage to blackberry

Hi,

does anyone have any good solutions for using Microsoft entourage on a mac connected to an Exchange 2003 server including forwarding to a blackberry device?

Blackberry Enterprise services.

There isn't a desktop redirector for the mac.

However, there is sync from PocketMac which works for Entourage to Blackberry sync.
