Entourage not displaying address book

Hi, I am new to Apple macs, I have installed Office 2004 and have connected entourage to my exchange server at work. I can receive all my emails, send etc, but my address book just lists my personal contacts, I cannot access the global address book. I cannot find anywhere where I can select this. Can someone shed some light as to where I can access this?

Hi, In Entourage 2004 you will need to specify the LDAP server. It's possible you may need to set it as an IP address and not by name. In the Entourage account settings, edit the exchange account. Go to the Directory tab. Remember to set the search base at the same time.
