I just had to do a clean wipe of my Mac hard drive because of some OS problems. Before doing so, I had backed up all of my Microsoft User Data, including Office X Identities database. I've reinstalled Entourage X, and downloaded the latest patches, but now when I copy those backed-up files to my new hard drive, Entourage X.1.6 will not not read my database; it quits out, saying I need to rebuild my database. But I tried doing a Rebuild, and an Advanced Rebuild, of the database, but both quit immediately without rebuilding or letting me have access to the data.

Please tell me it's not impossible to import that data back into Entourage! Any advice will be welcome!

I'm running OS X 10.2.8 on a Mac G4.
