I looked up the the error message "HTTP Error. Access to the resource is forbidden. Error -18597." On they say that it's the e-mail address provided in the account setting doesn't match the one on the Exchange server. I have double-checked and don't see that is the case. Here we have 11 Mac OS 10.3 with Entourage 2004, and all is running error free except one. It keeps giving us the HTTP error mentioned above every time it synchronizes with the Exchange server. All of its e-mail activities are still normal, though. So, I wonder what could be wrong with this particular account. Thank you for any tips.
