Entourage 2004 For Mac attachment pdf not sending

I have a client who has two macs. Both using entrourage 2004. The problem is that certain pdfs, regardless of size (small or large) appear to send ok, but never actually get to their destination. We are running our own exchange server and using GFI mailessentials and mailseccurity.

Please help. If anyone knows what is causing this or how i can check whats wrong i would appreciate it. Thanks.
