Entourage 2004, delegate contacts & exchange problems

Hi all,

My boss finally gave in and got me a Mac. We use an exchange server here. I need to be able to read his email, update his calendar and contacts. I was able to read the calendar and contacts, but new additions to contacts is not showing. Calendar edits are working.

Any ideas what's wrong? I thought Entourage 04 was supposed to fix all these issues. BTW, the boss is using PC Outlook.

I really don't want to run two computers just to be able to update his contacts.
