Enterprise Wide Signature

I am trying to setup a signature that will go out with all messages from all users on the domain. Is anyone aware of a way to setup a default signature for all users on the exchange server

and download the freeware version of mailessentials. It's more reliable than a vbs event sink, and there's no coding effort required.
