Enterprise Storage Manager (ESM)

Is anyone running this Sun product? I have a vendor presentation this afternoon and while I know they will tell me how great the product is, I would like some input from unbiased sources on how this works.

I have an EMC/NetApp/HP/StorageTek storage environment and while it can be a pain using 4 different interfaces to manage everything, I'm not ready to risk an "all in one" solution if it will just cause bigger headaches.
