Enterprise Parameter changes/require restart of phones?

I need to change the URL Directories address to point to a new server. After I save the change do I need to re-start all phones for the changes to take effect? Will all the phones restart on their own after the change?

I don't want to interupt service during the day.

Nah, it should just make the changes after you press the update, but I always recommend making changes in that section (and a few others) till after hours just to cover your you know what...

The phones will not restart but you will have to restart your TFTP server as well as the phones (possibly) to see the change. Test without restarting anything first of course.
