Enterprise MIB for SNMP TRAPS

Hi All,
I am a newbie to SNMP.I have to implement an enterprise mib for sub agent in netsnmp for snmp traps.

It was mentioned about mib2c tool which generates templates by using the MIB defination file.

My question is how to start writing an MIB defination file in ASN.1 syntax...can somebody point me an easy way to achieve this...
